Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan are teaming up on a forthcoming psychological thriller, and filming has begun shooting in Chennai. They got a surprise visit from Rajinikanth on the sets of the film.
The actress took to social media to share the news and a photo from the set, expressing her excitement about the script. The ‘Tejas’ actress uploaded a photo from the first puja on set, announcing the start of shooting. For those unfamiliar, Madhavan and Kangana previously worked together in the films ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ and ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns,’ where their on-screen chemistry received much acclaim.
Kangana posted a photo on X (previously Twitter) and said, “Today in Chennai we started filming our new film, a psychological thriller.” More information will be available soon. For the time being, I need all of your help and blessings for this really unusual and exciting script.” A.L. Vijay, the director of ‘Thalaivii,’ will direct the film. Her admirers, on the other hand, requested the much-discussed sequel ‘Tanu Weds Manu 3’.
A user wrote, “Good to see you once again with R Madhavan Ji after TwM.. wish You both good luck. Another added, ‘Mam, aap Tanu Weds Manu 3 kab karoge?’
Expressing her excitement about working with Vijay once again, Kangana said, ‘Dear Vijay sir after the incredible experience of ‘Thalaivii’ happy to be basking in your glory again I love to be your team and take your commands. Thank you, sir.’
G.V. Prakash Kumar is composing the film’s music, which adds an extra depth of intrigue to the upcoming drama. Nirav Shah, known for his work on countless blockbusters, acts as Director of Photography (DOP), delivering a visually beautiful cinematic experience. The highly anticipated psychological thriller is poised to captivate fans in both Hindi and Tamil.
