Tollywood Film industry Actor, Producer, and Congress member Bandla Ganesh once again surrounded himself in controversy and this time he is confronting criminal allegations concerning a property dispute in Hyderabad.
Nowhera Shaik, the chairman of Heera Group has lodged a formal complaint against Bandla Ganesh alleging his unlawful occupancy of a residence valued at Rs 75 crores in Filmnagar. Shaij asserts numerous failed attempts to evict Ganesh from the premises prompting her to approach the Director General of Police (DGP) for assistance.
Legal action has been initiated against Bandla Ganesh by the Film Nagar police following the Shaik complaint invoking sections 341 (wrongful restraint) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. There are indications that Ganesh may have forged documentation about the property in a bid to secure it under his ownership further complicating the legal landscape and casting doubts on his intentions.
Bandla Ganesh has yet to issue a response to the accusations or engage with the ongoing legal proceedings. This development exacerbates the professional challenges he has encountered, particularly in his endeavors to stage a comeback in the Telugu film industry.
