The Telugu cinema industry is already preparing for the 2025 Sankranthi season, even as the 2024 festival release comes to an end. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Dil Raju, and Nagarjuna have already set release dates for the upcoming Sankranthi.
Chiranjeevi’s highly anticipated project, ‘Vishwabhara’, is scheduled to premiere on January 10th, marking the commencement of the Sankranthi festive season. Dil Raju, a formidable producer has plans for a Sankranthi release titled ‘Shathamanam Bhavathi Next Chapter’, although details regarding the cast and crew are yet to be disclosed. Nagarjuna, known as King Nagarjuna has revealed the sequel to ‘Bangarraju’, adding to the excitement surrounding Sankranthi 2025. Moreover, there are speculations about filmmaker Anil Ravipudi collaborating with Venkatesh for a potential Sankranthi release. The anticipation is further heightened by the buzz surrounding Prabhas film, ‘Raja Saab,’ produced by TG Vishwa Prasad.
While there are hints that the film might target Sankranthi 2025, no official confirmation has been made. Nevertheless, the producer has suggested that if Prabhas is on board, the Sankranthi slot will be reserved. With a lineup of heavyweight releases, Sankranthi 2025 promises to be an exciting season for Telugu cinema enthusiasts, leaving them eagerly awaiting the festive treats on the silver screen.
