Salman Khan‘s ‘Tiger 3’ is one of the most awaited films in Bollywood recent times. Katrina Kaif is the female lead.
It is the third film in the Tiger franchise and was released as a Diwali special on the 12th of November.
The day one Box-office numbers are here that the film has made 43 crores net on day one.
This is the highest ever for a Hindi film to make on a Diwali release. The makers released the film on a Sunday rather than a Friday release.
The response to the film is good and as the Diwali weekend is on, the collections will grow. But we need to see how the film performs once Wednesday kicks it.
‘Tiger 3’ has opened on a passable note in Telugu states too.
When compared to the north, the word of mouth in Telugu states is not that great as many feel that the film is just passable and could have been a lot better. We need to see how the film collect in the coming days. Wait for more updates.
