Advance bookings for ‘Tiger 3’ are off to a great start, with the spy thriller starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif grossing a whopping Rs 10 crore in ticket sales over all advance booking days.
According to a Sacnilk report, Tiger 3 had topped Rs 10 crore in advance bookings for all days on Tuesday evening. The Manees Sharma-directed film is set to play in theaters 24×7, with cinemas in Ahmedabad and the Middle East taking the lead by showing it nonstop.
This decision was made in response to the overwhelming demand for the YRF Spy Universe film.
A theatre in Ahmedabad is planned to start screening the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer at 2 a.m. on the New Year’s Day following Laxmi Puja. In contrast, theaters in the Middle East will begin screening the film at 12.05 a.m, while a mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will begin screening ‘Tiger 3’ at 2 a.m, as there is no Diwali holiday impact in these locations.
According to a report in the Hindustan Times, YRF would expect a surge in demand for Tiger 3 from across the country in the coming days. According to the study, this is beneficial for business and the industry since people want to see fantastic movies, and Tiger 3 is the year’s significant release.
Apart from Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the much-anticipated third installment also stars Emraan Hashmi as the adversary. Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ avatar is also set to appear in the film in a cameo role. It will be released in theaters on November 12, 2023.
