Salaar Ott Rights: Prashanth Neel, the acclaimed director renowned for the KGF series, is gearing up to present his next cinematic masterpiece, ‘Salaar,’ featuring Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruti Haasan in pivotal roles. Despite the widespread anticipation among fans, It seems that Neel is purposely lowering people’s expectations during the promotional phase of the film.
‘Salaar’ delves into the captivating journey of two friends entrapped in the empire of Khansaar. The movie boasts an exceptional cast and has generated immense excitement ahead of its theatrical release. The latest information reveals that the digital streaming rights for ‘Salaar’ have been secured by the popular OTT platform Netflix, which reportedly spent huge amount to acquire these rights.
Under the direction of Prashanth Neel and produced by Hombale Films, this eagerly awaited pan-Indian project stars Shruti Haasan opposite Prabhas, alongside accomplished actors such as Prithviraj Sukumaran and Jagapathi Babu. Ravi Basrur, the composer behind the film’s music, marks his fourth collaboration with Neel, following successful ventures like ‘Ugramm,’ ‘KGF: Chapter 1,’ and ‘KGF: Chapter 2.’
Neel, who initially gained acclaim with ‘Ugram,’ has risen to prominence as a top filmmaker across India, particularly with the success of the KGF franchise. Interestingly, he recently revealed that ‘Salaar’ shares the storytelling essence of ‘Ugramm’ while embracing the stylistic brilliance akin to the KGF series.
