Lal Salaam Gets Banned In Kuwait

Director Aishwarya Rajinikanth‘s highly anticipated film ‘Lal Salaam’ encounters a setback as it faces a ban in Kuwait, leading to disappointment among fans worldwide. The decision appears to be linked to the film’s exploration of sensitive themes concerning religion, sports, communal tensions, and religious dynamics.

The unexpected news comes just before the scheduled release date of February 9th, leaving fans surprised and eager audience disappointed. Directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, the movie stars Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in pivotal roles, with a special extended cameo appearance by the Superstar himself.

Following its completion of censor certification ‘Lal Salaam’ is set to run for 151 minutes (2 hours and 31 minutes). The storyline revolves around a seemingly trivial incident during a cricket match, which escalates into a catalyst for communal discord, throwing the village into chaos. Notably, cricket legend Kapil Dev makes a special appearance while the musical compositions by Rahman add depth and intensity to the film’s emotional journey.
