Director Kalyan Krishna, renowned for his successful collaborations with Nagarjuna, is in talks with the seasoned actor for a new project. As Chiranjeevi‘s collaboration with the director takes a temporary pause, Nagarjuna and Kalyan Krishna recently engaged in discussions about a potential venture. Nagarjuna, impressed by the director’s dedication and hard work, explored the idea of collaborating on a fresh project during a recent meeting.
“While details of their potential project are yet to be finalized, Nagarjuna holds the diretor in high regard,” says an insider. known for hits like ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ and ‘Bangarraju,’ shares a strong bond with the Akkineni family, specializing in family-centric dramas enriched with romance, music, and entertainment.
Initially, Krishna pitched an emotionally charged family drama featuring Chiranjeevi as a middle-aged father and his young son. However, with Chiranjeevi’s shift in focus to another project, he is exploring new opportunities. After his film ‘Nela Ticket’ with Ravi Teja received a lukewarm response, the director is actively seeking the right opportunity for a triumphant comeback, potentially teaming up with Nagarjuna for a project that could mark a successful return for both of them.
