A new project has suddenly created a stir in Tollywood. Megastar Chiranjeevi, currently immersed in the Magnum Opus ‘Vishwambhara’, directed by Bimbisara Fame Mallidi Vassishta is reported to have given his nod for his next venture. His upcoming film after Vishwambhara will be helmed by Harish Shankar, fulfilling a dream for the director who is an ardent fan of Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Harish Shankar has openly expressed his admiration for Chiranjeevi on several occasions even pitching scripts to the megastar. Finally, everything has fallen into place and a powerful and entertaining script has been locked for this much-awaited collaboration. The news has generated excitement, with expectations of a treat for fans.
Chiranjeevi’s daughter, Sushmitha, and her banner Gold Box Entertainment which initially was planned to produce a film with Chiranjeevi directed by Kalyan Krishna have now put that project on the back burner. Instead, she is collaborating with People Media Factory to produce the latest Chiranjeevi film with Harish Shankar. Devi Sri Prasad is reportedly returning to compose music for Chiranjeevi after ‘Waltair Veerayya.’
Chiranjeevi’s ‘Vishwambhara’ is scheduled for release next Sankranthi, requiring extensive use of VFX for the script. Chiranjeevi will portray the role of Bhimavaram Dhorababu, and Trisha has been finalized as one of the four leading ladies. Big names like Anushka and Nayanthara are under consideration for another heroine. MM Keeravani is composing the music, and UV Creations is bankrolling the project on a grand scale.
