Fighter New Poster: Starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles the recently released teaser for ‘Fighter’ has created considerable anticipation for the film’s release.
After the launch of teaser, the makers have now introduced new characters along with captivating posters. Karan Singh Grover is set to portray Squadron Leader Sartaj Gill in ‘Fighter’ and has introduced his character with a intriguing poster.
Sharing the poster, Karan wrote in the caption “Squadron Leader Sartaj Gill. Call Sign: Taj, Designation: Squadron Pilot, Unit: Air Dragons, #Fighter Forever.”
‘Fighter’ also features Anil Kapoor and Akshay Oberoi in pivotal roles. The movie is produced by Mamta Anand, Ramon Chibb, Anku Pande, Kevin Vaz, and Ajit Andhare, with co-production by Prime Focus Studios.
Hrithik Roshan takes on the role of Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, while Deepika Padukone portrays Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, and Anil Kapoor assumes the character of Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh.
In an interview with India Today, Siddharth Anand gave some details into Hrithik and Deepika’s characters. “Deepika is also playing an Air Force officer. She’s part of the elite unit of the Air Force, and it’s based on a lot of reality and authenticity. Something that Deepika has also bitten into,” he said.
He further added, “It is something that she’s not played before. And honestly, it’s a lot like her in real life, the character that she’s playing. She’s so much fun on set and she’s translating that character to be a really good takkar to Hrithik’s character, so it is very exciting. It’s fun!”.
