Brilliant Plan By Mani Rathnam For Ponniyin Selvan 2 

Kollywood masterpiece film Ponniyin Selvan 2 which is helmed by Mani Ratnam is all set to hit the big screens, the film will land in theatres on the 28th of this month.

PS 2 is the sequel of the block-buster film Ponniyin Selvan, which was released in theatres last year. Though the film was a classic hit in Tamilnadu, it failed to bring audience to the theatres in Telugu states, it is due to native content and poor promotions.

Looks like Mani Rathnam has learned from his mistake, and the legendary director has turned his focus on Telugu states. This morning the makers have come up crazy update, they have announced that the Pre-release event of the film will be held in Hyderabad on 23rd April.

The Pre-release event will be held at the Novo hotel on a grand note, the entire team will attend this event.

Film critics slam that Mani Rathnam is hosting the event in Hyderabad to grab the attention of the audience and set up hype on the film.

It’s yet to be seen whether this event will show result in collecting huge bucks for Ponniyni Selvan2 in Telugu states .

The highly anticipated film features Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha in lead role. The high budget film is produced by Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions. Oscar winner AR Rahman composed music for this film.
