Vijay Deverakonda is a self-made actor. He forayed into films with Pelli Chopulu. He came into the limelight with Arjun Reddy, and it was a path-breaking movie in his career.
So far, there are no proper hits for him. He has witnessed a series of flops- NOTA, Liger, Dear Comrade and the recent Kushi. There were rumours that Vijay Deverakonda charged Rs 7 cr for Kushi. Is he gonna continue the same remuneration for his next movies? Or, will he slash his remuneration after the lackluster performance of his recent movies? Vijay Deverakonda has to reduce his fee so that the makers could see returns or at least get table profits. Let’s wait and see.
Vijay will next be seen in #VD11, which is the working title of the film. Mrunal Thakur will be seen as the female lead. The yet-to-be-titled film will be released sometime in 2024.
