Vishwak Sen’s much anticipated film ‘GAAMI’ directed by Vidyadhar Kagita and produced by Karthik Sabareesh under Karthik Kult Kreations, is all set to hit theatres on March 8. The makers have expressed their confidence in the film, stating that it has been crafted with the vision of being a game-changer in the industry. The announcement comes as a delight to fans, especially after the indefinite postponement of his previous project, ‘Gangs Of Godavari’, due to pending works. In its place, ‘GAAMI’ is grearing up for its theatrical release.
Vishwak Sen revealed that ‘GAAMI’ funded by a crowd of investors was initiated back in 2018. Despite challanges, including simutaneous shooting schedules with other projects, the film has maintained its freshness and long-term vision, according to the actor.
Scheduled for release on Maha Shivarathri, ‘GAAMI’ features Sen in the role of an Aghora, a character that required him to undergo a significant physical transformation. Shot in Varanasi, the film carries a religious theme, adding depth to its narrative. Alongside Sen, the cast includes Chandini Chowdary, MG Abhinaya, Harika Pedada, and Mohammad Samad, each portraying distinctive roles. Naresh Kumaran has composed the music for the film, adding to its allure. Presented by V Celluloid, ‘GAAMI’ promises to deliver a unique cinematic experience to audiences.
