Bollywood actor Salman Khan‘s recent outing action thriller ‘Tiger 3’ directed by Maneesh Sharma, Katrina Kaif is the female lead and Emraan Hashmi played the main antagonist in this flick. This film was released on the auspicious occasion of Diwali 12 November 2023 in standard, IMAX,4DX and other premium formats.
As per the latest buzz, the film grossed till now in overseas worldwide collections are est. ₹287.55 crores at the box office. The film has collected the highest opening day on Diwali for a Hindi language film grossing ₹94 crores (US$ 12 million), including ₹7.76 crores (US$ 970,000) from paid previews in North America. In the Hindi version, the film netted a record-breaking ₹43 crore(US$5.4) in India, with a further ₹1.50 crore(US$190,00) from its dubbed versions on Tamil and Telugu collecting a total gross is ₹44.50 crore(US$5.6 million).
Tiger 3 received mixed to positive reviews from critics with praise, The film has action sequences and technical aspects, but criticized its plot, soundtrack and pace. This is the third film in the blockbuster Tiger franchise and the fifth addition to the popular YRF Spy Universe.
Aditya Chopra was produced under the banner Yash Raj Films, The film’s soundtrack is composed by Pritam while the background score is composed by Tanuj Tiku.
