Sarkaru Vaari Paata Review: Mahesh Babu One Man Show

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata has been released in theatres. Sadly, the film has met with mixed reviews from all quarters. Check out the Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata review:

Plot: Mahesh Babu(Mahi) runs a private company in US. He gives money for interest, he will go anywhere to collect the interest from the people. In fact, Mahi is a greedy person in the film. One fine day, Kalaavathi(Keerthy Suresh) who is a casino addict comes to know about Mahi business. Kalaavathi will also take debt from Mahi by lying and cheating him. Mahi accidentally sees Kalaavathi in the casino, he will ask clear his debut. Mahi and Kalavathi had an argument over the debt, Mahi comes to India to clear the debut of Kalavathi from her father Rajendranath (samuthirakani). Will Kalavathi’s father be able to clear the debt, why Rajendranath and Mahi fights with each other forms the story.

The first half of the movie is entertaining enough with Mahesh Babu’s trademark comical timing. The second half has a very flat narration and is so very preachy. The two songs ‘Penny penny ‘and ‘ Kalavathy ‘ in the first half, and the last song ‘Ma Ma Mahesha ‘ in the second half could have been shot well. All the songs work out well with the fans of Mahesh

Verdict: Sarkaru Vaari Paata is a good entertainer, Mahesh Babu’s one man show.  It’s an eye opener message for the audience about Indian banking system. SVP is a commercial movie that has good first half, and a very flat narration in the second half. Story and direction wise this film could’ve been way better. Overall, A typical telugu film watchable for Mahesh Babu
