Ram Charan’s father Mega star Chiranjeevi attended Puneeth Rajkumar’s funeral, Charan couldn’t attended due to professional work. Puneeth Rajkumar has been a public figure in Karnataka for more than 40 years having been cast in film roles as a child actor. He was later reintroduced to the Kannada audience as a lead actor through the 2002 film Appu. His death, at the age of 46, due to a cardiac arrest sent shockwaves across Karnataka.
