Shah Rukh Khan returned to the big screen in 2023 after a gap of 4 years and delivered two back to back all time blockbusters “Pathaan” and “Jawan”. All eyes are set on his third release of the year “Dunki”. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, has finally been unveiled the Teaser on the occasion of King Khan’s birthday. SRK has delivered a new video which is being promoted as Drop 1, a curious bit of marketing strategy, not calling it a teaser.
Sharing the drop, SRK wrote, ” A story of simple and real people trying to fulfill their dreams and desires. Of friendship, love, and being together… Of being in a relationship called Home! A heartwarming story by a heartwarming storyteller. It’s an honour to be a part of this journey and I hope you all come along with us. The #DunkiDrop1 is here… “
“Dunki” will be releasing in India on December 22 but it will release on December 21 across the globe. The release would have been sweeter if it would not be clashing with Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s Salaar- Part One- Ceasefire, but many trade pundits believe that both these films will elevate the true potential of Indian box office.
