Megastar Chiranjeevi played a titular role in Bholaa Shankar. The film is directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by Anil Sunkara under AK Entertainment. It is a remake of the 2015 Tamil film Vedalam, Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh, and Sushanth are seen in key roles. The film was released on 11 August 2023.
Movie collected $293,240 from 224 Locations (Premieres). The official figures are yet to be known.
Bholaa Shankar received mixed reviews from critics, with praise for Chiranjeevi’s performance and the action sequences, but criticism for the predictable plot and the lack of novelty. It remains to be seen how much the film will earn by end of its theatrical run.
