In a remarkable achievement, the movie ‘Animal’ led by Ranbir Kapoor has taken the global box office by storm, with a spectacular opening of approximately Rs. 120 crore. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film has not only secured the biggest opening day for an A-rated feature film but also stands as the second-highest opener in history, just behind Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan.’ Despite a clash scenario and an extensive runtime of 3 hours and 21 minutes, ‘Animal’ achieved this feat.
The film’s extraordinary success is witnessed both in India and the international markets, surpassing all expectations. ‘Animal’ has clocked an estimated Rs. 76 crore (Rs. 64 crore net) in India and USD 5.5 million (Rs. 46 crore) internationally, with USD 1.2 million (Rs. 10 crore) from premieres.
Ranbir Kapoor’s performance in ‘Animal’ has set a new benchmark in the Hindi film industry. The initial audience response is positive, amplifying anticipation and making him a fierce competitor to superstars. ‘Animal’ has raised the bar, reshaping Hindi cinema.
The film Animal features an impressive cast. Rasmika Mandanna plays the lead role of the love interest, accompanied by Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri, Parineeti Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Leon Ung, and others in significant roles. The movie is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine One Studios, and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures.
