Animal Box Office Collection: Ranbir Kapoor’s starrer ‘Animal’ has been making waves at the box office since day one and is setting new records as it approaches its third weekend. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, and Bobby Deo the movie has garnered praise from audiences and its box office performance speaks for itself.
During its second weekend, ‘Animal’ successfully managed to rake Rs 400 crores. However, post that it experienced a gradual decline in collections. After crossing the Rs 450 crore mark on the 12th day of its release, the movie appears to be slowing down as it enters its third weekend. On the 13th day (second Wednesday), ‘Animal’ earned Rs 10.01 crores.
As it inches towards its 14th day (second Thursday), ‘Animal’ is anticipated to cross Rs 475 crores. According to a Sacnilk report the movie has already earned Rs 26 lakhs from early morning shows bringing the total collection to Rs 468.11 crores. While the numbers are expected to rise throughout the day, it is predicted to earn around Rs 10 crores. The question of whether ‘Animal’ will breach the 500 crores mark this week adds to the excitement.
Interestingly, ‘Animal’ is facing box office competition with the biographical war drama ‘Sam Bahadur,’ starring Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Regarding the clash, Vicky Kaushal mentioned to Indian Express, “When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won’t say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema.” Despite the clash ‘Animal’ has managed to outperform ‘Sam Bahadur,’ evident in the huge gap in their collections
