Technical Analysis: Ram Miryala and Achu Rajamani have done a commendable job with the songs and the idea of integrating the songs with the narrative is impressive, while the background score provided by Bheems Ceciroleo is in sync with the quirky mood of the film. The editing by Navin Nooli is decent and the cinematography by Sai Prakash is splendid with frames looking colorful. • The movie delivers Non-stop entertainment and comedy with quirky dialogues and humor, especially in the second half.
  • Anupama Parameswaran has good chemistry with the lead, and other actors deliver decent performances.

Minus Points:

  • The movie starts well but feels like a drag in the first hour
  • Some gags in the movie feel flat
  • movie relies heavily on characters rather than the plot and disappoints those looking for a strong narrative.
  • Some scenes feel like a deja vu from the first movie, and certain aspects are illogical.
  • Murali Sharma‘s role is minor, and the final twist feels forced.

Verdict: Overall, Tillu Square is a delightful follow-up to DJ Tillu, packed with abundant entertainment. Siddhu, portraying the character of Tillu, is the heart and soul of this crazy entertainer, and once again he will impress us with his amusing comedy timing, screen presence, and mannerisms. The story is almost identical to the first installment, and a few scenes may give us a sense of déjà vu. The first half is a bit underwhelming, and some aspects are not very convincing. However, the majority of the second half is filled with non-stop entertainment that works really well. If you enjoyed DJ Tillu, you are likely to enjoy this sequel as well. So, go for it!
