Sound Party Movie Review: Bigg Boss Telugu winner VJ Sunny‘s journey so far as an actor has been interesting. He worked as a reporter for a news channel. VJ Sunny’s fate changed after his participation in Bigg Boss Telugu. His latest movie Sound Party has been released in theatres. The film is produced by Full Moon Media Productions’ Ravi Polishetty, Mahendra Gajendra, and Sri Shyam Gajendra. If you are planning to watch the movie, Here’s The Sound Party Movie Review:

Plot: “Sound Party” takes place in the town of Bodhan, Telangana. It tells the story of Kuber Kumar (Shivannarayana) and his son Dollar Kumar (VJ.Sunny) who embark on a journey to attain wealth through means. This quest, for prosperity brings together characters, including Sunnys girlfriend Siri (Hrithika Srinivas) the influential MLA Vara Prasad (Prudhviraj) and the authoritative Jailer Rajasekhar (Sapthagiri). As their lives become intertwined audiences are invited to witness the connections and unfolding narrative of these individuals.

Performances: VJ Sunny did an excellent job in terms of acting. He has improved a lot since his OTT debut ATM and ‘Unstoppable‘. He is funny with his dialogue modulation and everywhere he is seen with Sivannarayana. It is a delight to watch Sivannarayana of Amrutham fame as he entertains everyone with his chops. Hrithika Srinivas looks good in a song. The remaining cast and crew did their part in the film .

Technical Departments: Mohit Rahmaniac’s music is nice. The songs and the background score work. Srinivas Reddy’s cinematography and G Avinash’s editing are impressive. The film has production design by Rajeev Nair. Co-writers Patel Nandurka and Sundar Palutla do a good job.

Plus Points:

  • The hotel episode where some naughty humour takes place.
  • The spoof of ‘Komaram Bheemudo’ episode from Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’.
  • The Bitcoin episode that comes with Vasu Inturi’s involvement.
  • The final 15 minutes.

Minus Points:

  • Rest of All

Verdict: ‘Sound Party’ is a hilarious entertainer, which expects you to leave your brain at home and simply enjoy the oddball humour on display.

Bottom Line: Silent Party
