Dancer-turned-actor Raghava Lawrence is once aging back to the entertain audience with his high-action drama Rudrudu, the film has been released in theatres today.] Here is the genuine review, rating of the film.

Plot:

Rudhra (Raghava Lawrence) hails from a middle-class family, he is a devotee of his parents, and he works in an IT company for their survival. Eventually, he falls in love with Anasya (Priya Bhavani), he manages to convince his family and ties the knot with Anasya, and spends beautiful life with his family. Rudhra flies abroad as he gets a better job opportunity, unfortunately, his mother (Pournami Baghya Raj) dies, After he returns to India his wife Anasya also dies suspiciously. Later Rudhra comes to know that, it wasn’t a natural death, someone has killed them. This will change the fate of Rudhra. When Lawrence starts finding out the mystery behind their deaths, he comes to know that local rowdy sheeter Bhumi (Sarath Kumar) is behind these murders. Why Bhumi Killed them, what made him kill them, do they have any flashback, and how Rudhra will take revenge on them, to know this one has to watch the film.

Performance:

Raghava Lawrence is the soul of this film, though it is a regular revenge drama his outstanding performance made people mad at him. Raghava played two different shades in this flick, one as an IT employee, which was not much significant, but in the second one when he slipped into revenge mode, he nailed the character. Sarath Kumar looks ferocious in a negative shade. Naseer who played the father role and Pournami Baghya who played the mother role succeeded to win the audience’s hearts with emotion.

Technical Aspect: Director S Kathiresan has come with a regular revenge drama, without any thrilling aspects, story, or narration, there is nothing new in the film. Every scene in the movie is predictable. Usually, Raghava Lawrence’s films are known for twists, shockingly there is nothing that thrills the audience in the theatre. Director failed to utilize the opportunity to score big with Lawrence. Though the songs aren’t charter buster, GV Prakash managed to elevate scenes with his BGM. The production values are high.
