Stylish star Allu Arjun’s most anticipated film ‘Pushpa’ is one of the most awaited films of the year. After a long time, Pushpa got release in theatres. The movie, directed by Sukumar and bankrolled under Mythri Movie Makers banner, is all set to hit theatres across the globe today. If you are waiting for the review to watch the film, here we go.

Plot: Allu Arjun who works as a daily labourer and he also has a lot of attitudes. He doesn’t want to get compromised in anything. When he loses his dialy wage job, he decided to work in the forest as he will know that he can earn a lot of bucks through illegal smuggling of red sandals. Konda Reddy will import the red sandal from Andhra Pradesh to other countries. How Allu Arjun will impress Konda Reddy? How will become from daily wage worker to Syndicate leader forms the story?

Performances: Allu Arjun is lived into Pushpa Raj’s character. Allu Arjun has once again proven that he is an actor with immense potential. He managed to get the body language of labourer right. Rashmika also steals the show with her performance in the film. Rashmika’s role in the film won’t be more than half in an hour in Pushpa. Mollywood actor Fahadh Fassil gave a decent performance in the film. Sunila, Anasuya, Rao Ramesh, and others also have done justice to their respective roles.

Slow Narration Weak Climax

Analysis: Sukumar who has started the film with a high note with dialogues, songs and comedy. Pushpa would have been better if makers have done editing in sound mixing. Pushpa would have been better if they have trimmed a few portions in it. The cast of the film is not impressive. Sunil as a villain doesn’t create any big impact in the film. The makers might choose Jagapathi Babu or some noted star for Mangalam Srinu’s character. Though, Pushpa is a good attempt but failed to live up to audience expectations. After Allu Arjun’s performance, Samantha is savior to the film, she nailed it in a special song. The film needs some crisp writing in it

Verdict: Pushpa is strictly for Allu Arjun fans. It’s a decent entertainer. If you are free, give a shot.
