Kalyan Ram: It is well know that star writer-director Koratala Siva is making ‘Devara’ as a two-part saga. Originally conceived as a single movie, the decision to split it into two parts was made to provide a more detailed and immersive storytelling experience. The eagerly awaited first part is scheduled for release on April 5, 2024, creating significant anticipation among the audience. While posters have been unveiled, fans eagerly await further updates from the filmmakers.
Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, co-producer of ‘Devara,’ is actively promoting his upcoming film ‘Devil,’ set to release on December 29. When questioned about his brother’s project, Kalyan Ram shared that 80% of the shooting for the first part has been completed, expressing satisfaction with the progress. He mentioned that the VFX work is also coming quite well, heightening expectations for the film’s visual impact. The release date for the teaser will be announced shortly, adding to the growing excitement among fans.
With ‘Devara’ being NTR’s immediate film following ‘RRR,’ fans are eager to witness how Koratala Siva has crafted this intense action drama, especially considering the trend that heroes working with Rajamouli often face challenges in their subsequent films.
Anirudh Ravichander is set to provide the musical score for the movie, which will be released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada. Janhvi Kapoor stars as the female lead, with Saif Ali Khan portraying the character of Bhaira. Shine Tom Chacko has a significant role in the film. ‘Devara’ is presented by Kalyan Ram under ‘NTR Arts,’ with Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna serving as producers. The cinematography is handled by Ratnavelu, and Sabu Cyril takes on the role of the production designer, while Sreekar Prasad serves as the editor.
