Kollywood superstar Thala Ajith is the highly fan-based actor in the South, Ajith is back on the big screens with his high action-drama Thegimpu, the film got released in theatres today. Tamil fans pinned huge expectations on this film, let’s see whether Ajith succeeded to reach their expectations. Plot: A group of dolts plans to loot the most running bank in the city, they made a perfect plan for robbery and enters into the bank. Surprising there is a superhero in the bank (Ajith Kumar) who takes the control over the goons and ruins there plan, who is Ajith, why is he in the bank, will the robbers succeed to bring down Ajith and loot the bank, is he the undercover cop or a regular hostage? To know this one has to watch the film. Performance: OfCourse not to mention Ajith looks ultra-stylish in the film, his mass looks, and a long white beard will make his fans to go mad about him. One cannot take off their eyes from him. His swag and comedy timing are the highlights of the film, the rest of the cast have done justice to their roles. Technical Aspects: Putting Ajith performance a side, the director H Vinodh failed to come up with a good narrative story, though the film is entertaining there are no wow aspects in the film. Vinodh has once again disappointed fans with Thegimpu. Looks like Vinodh was inspired by popular Netflix series Money Heist. The production values of the film are high and Booney Kapoor succeeded to deliver a good visual treat. Music director Ghibran will be the new star composer in the city, the BGM which he scored in the film is simply fabulous. What’s Hot: Ajith Performance BGM Few Elevation scenes Comedy Production Values What’s Not Poor direction Chaos narration Story Second Half Huge Lag Verdict: Thegimpu is only for Ajith fans and action movie lovers, Watch Money Heist before watching Thegimpu.
