Sandineni Janardhan Rao the leader of the BRS party in Nalgonda district met a tragic end in a devastating road accident on Wednesday. The unfortunate incident occurred when a car belonging to actor Raghu Babu collided with Janardhan Rao’s motorcycle on the Addaki-Naratpally National Highway near Nalgonda.
Reports indicate that Raghu Babu’s driver was driving the car at the time of the fatal accident. Media accounts and a widely circulated video confirmed that the collision resulted in Janardhan Rao’s untimely demise. Eyewitnesses recount that the car dragged the motorcycle for approximately fifty meters following the impact. The accident transpired on Wednesday afternoon as Janardhan was executing a U-turn. Allegedly Raghu Babu’s car which was en route to the city collided with Janardhan’s vehicle. Despite immediate medical attention, Janardhan succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The police have confiscated the car and have initiated legal proceedings against Raghu Babu’s driver.
A case has been registered by the police who have commenced their investigation following a complaint lodged by Janardhan Rao’s wife. However, they have yet to issue a final statement regarding the incident. Janardhan Rao a resident of Mangalapalli village in Nakrekal mandal leaves behind a son and a daughter.
