Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej’s mystery thriller Virupaksha was released in theatres a couple of days ago and was helmed by Karthik Dandu Varma. The film has received an outstanding reviews from the audience and critics as well. SDT gave a perfect comeback post his bike accident.
The film has opened up with a rage collection, the first day collections of the film were around 11crs worldwide but guess what the day 2 collections are much higher than the first.
We heard from our sources that the film performed tremendously well on the second day, according to reports the film collected 12 crs on its second day. With this, the film has grossed 24 crs worldwide.
The film needs another 9.35crs to reach breakeven target.
The audience are rushing to theatres to watch this mystery thriller, due to positive word of mouth from the audience.
Virupaksha features Mallu beauty Samyuktha Menon as a female lead, Pushpa director Sukumar has done script work for the film, The movie is jointly produced by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar under SVCC and Sukumar Writing Banners.
