Rowdy boy Vijay Deverakonda and director Parasuram are the hit combo in Tollywood, the duo delivered the remarkable film Geetha Govindham, which is still one of the epic film in VD’s career. After a long gap, the duo is back in action with their upcoming romantic love drama which is tentatively titled VD13.
The film stars Sita Ramam actress Mrunal Thakur as a female lead, and star producer Dil Raju will finance this film.
The film was formally launched in Hyderabad this morning, the main cast and several film personalities and Vijay’s father Govardhan Rao has attended this pooja Ceremony. While senior producer Shyam Prasad Reddy sounded the first clap.
It’s going to be delightful to watch VD and Mrunal Thakur in single screen. This is the third venture for Mrunal in Telugu. She also has film with Natural star Nani.
The regular shoot of VD13 will commence soon.
Gopi Mohan the man behind Geetha Govindham and Oopiri melodies, will compose music for the film, Cinematography will be done by KUMohanan. The film will be produced under Sri Venkateshwara Creations banners. The further details about the cast will be announced shortly.
