Tamil actor Dhanush’s much-awaited film SIR/Vaathi has hit the screens from today. Dhanu has teamed up with Venky Atluri for SIR (Vaathi in Tamil). Let’s find out the review of Dhanush’s SIR.
Bal Gangadhar Tilak (Dhanush) is a junior lecturer at Tripathi educational institute owned by businessman Tripathi (Samuthirakani). Tilak adopts all the government colleges that he would provide education. The main intention of Tripathi is to destroy the lives of government students. Tilak challenges Tripathi and is now on a mission to get the students of Siripuram government college score top ranks in the Engineering and Medical entrance test EAMCET. Will Tilak against Tripathi forms the story?
Dhanush is a show-stopper in the film. He nailed in Bal Gangadhar Tilak’s character, none of them would have done justice to the character. Samyuktha Menon and Dhanush’s on-screen chemistry is superb but it fizzles out in second half as there are no major scenes for her. We have seen Samuthirakani in many villain roles but Tripathi in SIR is a standout. Sai Kumar, Hyper Aadi and the remaining cast of the film did justice to their roles.
