Actor Virat Karrna’s Peddha Kapu 1 was released in theatres on September 29. The film is directed by Srikanth Addala. Everyone thought that the film would become the perfect comeback for the director. If you may recall, Srikanth Addala‘s previous theatrical release was Brahmotsavam, which vanished at the box office although it featured Superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role.
Coming back to Peddha Kapu, the makers of the movie held paid premiers in Hyderabad before the movie’s release. Guess what? None of those shows have worked in the film’s favour. The audience who watched the film are bashing the makers on social media. The special premieres of Peddha Kapu haven’t worked well. The film failed to have a solid opening at the box office and is likely to get washed out from the theatres. It is heading to become another disaster in Srikanth Addala’s career.
Pragati Srivastava, Rao Ramesh and Tanikella Bharani are also seen in key roles.
