Nagarjuna is currently on cloud nine as both his sons, Naga Chaitanya and Akhil Akkineni, are preparing to tie the knot soon. The pre-wedding festivities for Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have already commenced with the ‘haldi’ ceremony.
Amid these joyous celebrations in the Akkineni family, reports suggest that Nagarjuna will be gifting a luxurious car worth ₹2.5 crore. The actor was recently spotted at the Regional Transport Authority (RTA) office in Khairatabad with his newly purchased luxury car from Lexus. The video of this outing went viral on social media, garnering significant attention.
Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are set to exchange vows on December 4 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Confirming the news, Nagarjuna told Zoom, “December 4 is just around the corner. We are hosting the wedding at Annapurna Studios, the family studio my father built. Despite planning an intimate ceremony, we expect a large attendance due to our extensive family and Sobhita’s as well.”
Nagarjuna also shared his excitement about Akhil’s wedding, saying, “I am so happy for Akhil. His fiancée Zainab is a lovely girl, and I am thrilled they have decided to spend their lives together. Their wedding will happen in 2025.”
Earlier, in August this year, Nagarjuna announced the engagement of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita with a heartfelt post on X. He wrote, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.!! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family.
