Mega Prince Varun Tej’s most awaited film Matka will arrive in theatres in close to three weeks on November 14th. The movie directed by Karuna Kumar and produced by Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala and Rajani Thalluri under Vyra Entertainments and SRT Entertainment has generated a lot of enthusiasm with its teaser and also first single.
One of the standout features of Matka is undoubtedly its music scored by GV Prakash Kumar, and the freshly released second single- Thassadiyya is a testament to that. Already, the first single was a chartbuster. Turn up the volume and groove to the retro beats. The vibrant and eclectic number creates an instantly likable sound.
The lyrics penned by Bhaskarabhatla provide insightful commentary on life, capturing the essence of an era gone by. Mano’s lively vocals bring these words to life, while the addition of the EL Fé Choir by Roe Vincent, significantly enhances the song’s impact.
Varun Tej looked animated in the song, perfectly complemented by spot-on styling and superb choreography. His dance moves are not only a feast for the eyes but also a celebration of the era’s lively spirit, showcasing a nostalgic yet refreshing vibe.
The movie will see Meenakshi Chaudhry and Nora Fatehi playing the heroines. Naveen Chandra, Ajay Ghosh, Kannada Kishore, Ravindra Vijay, and P Ravi Shankar are the other important cast of the movie that has music by GV Praksh Kumar and cinematography by A Kishor Kumar.
