Akkineni Akhil’s spy thriller Agent has been released in theatres yesterday, the film has opened up with disastrous reviews from critics and audience as well. Though the film has come up with huge hype, due to poor direction and a weak story, Agent has failed to impress the audience.
Akhil’s dream of scoring blockbuster remains a dream, we heard from trusted sources that the film has collected just 8.6crs at the box office, Which is the lowest figure for a Pan-Indian project. The exact figures for collections will be out shortly.
The agent is helmed by Surender Reddy and produced by Anil Sankara and Surender Reddy under Ak Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema banners. Malayalam superstar Mammooty is seen in a prominent role in the film.
