The production of Adipurush cost Rs 500 crore. Even before the product was released, the creators had recouped their investment. From theatrical and digital distribution rights, they made Rs 435 crore.
The staggering sum of Rs 185 crore was paid for the theatrical rights to the movie. For Rs 250 crore, Amazon Prime Video purchased the digital rights. Together, the theatrical and digital rights are worth Rs 435 cr.
