Tollywood actor Pallapolu Navdeep appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday for questioning in an alleged drug trafficking case.
Actor Navdeep arrived at the ED’s regional office in Hyderabad in the morning and is currently undergoing questioning by officials from the central agency regarding his financial transactions.
The ED had issued a summons to Navdeep, requiring his presence for interrogation.
This is not the first time Navdeep has faced questioning by the ED in connection with a drug-related case involving some Tollywood personalities.
The Telangana State Narcotics Bureau (TSNAB) had previously interrogated the actor on September 23 in relation to his alleged links with recently arrested drug peddlers.
During the interrogation, officials reportedly presented Navdeep with Call Details Record (CDR) details and WhatsApp conversations between him and Ram Chand, among others who were recently apprehended for drug-related offenses.
